Amazing service! Sumner towing went above and beyond for us. We were traveling cross country with our young children for a family vacation and our alternator went out. They came to our rescue and even accommodated us by giving us a ride to the nearest hotel and arranging the repair the next morning. Outstanding service and extremely kind, professional and generous people. We were lucky to break down in their service area!!

I've driven past these guys a few times thinking "I'll never need it but good to know." Well I needed it. My wife and I got locked out of our house. I called Empire at 840 at night and Justin was at my house in 15 minutes. He verified I lived there and had me in in no time. Even made me an extra pair of keys. Thanks again!!

Empire Lock & Safe saved us today. The lock fell off our door and the building was not secure. Empire Lock & Safe came out in a timely fashion and did an excellent job before we closed. Of course this gave us a sense of relief!

I locked my keys in my car on my lunch break and contacted Empire. Ronica sent Justin out immediately and he had my car open in less than 30 seconds. Justin could not have been more professional and friendly. He truly rescued me and while I hope this never happens again- I won’t hesitate to call Empire. I will always recommend them to anyone needing quick, efficient and friendly service !

Great service! I was locked out of my car on a late Sunday afternoon about 3 hours from home, so I was in a tough spot. Representative arrived promptly and had my car door open quickly. He was very skilled, courteous, kind, and careful about his work.

Last night we had just gotten home from the store only to realize that we locked ourselves out of our house!! We called Empire and they came quick! Our locksmith guys name was Justin, he was super friendly and professional. This wasn't the first time we had him either!! The first time our dog locked us out of our vehicle, and Justin came to the rescue. He came quick and was just amazing overall. I 10/10 recommend Empire lock & safe. When you call, ask for Justin!!!
